You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected portions, upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or use the services to harm others.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Vynadex products. You grant Vynadex the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and support that content for the purpose of providing the services.
6. Vynadex intellectual property
Vynadex and its licensors own the services, software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and other materials we provide, except for customer content or third-party materials. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Paid services and subscriptions
If paid products, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, billing terms will be shown at purchase. App Store purchases are also subject to the applicable app marketplace rules and payment terms.
8. Third-party services
The services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Vynadex is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vynadex disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynadex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Vynadex's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the services unlawfully. You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires a different governing law or venue.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
