Need help with driving, vehicle purchases, Blur Coins, saved runs, or iCloud progress?

Email [email protected]. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, game version, and a description of what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or private account keys.

Purchases and repairs

Vehicles and Blur Coins are optional App Store purchases. Settings > Restore Purchases restores eligible vehicle ownership; it does not replenish spent consumable coins. Buying coins does not automatically repair a crash. A repair is a separate action and is unavailable for some terminal outcomes.

Saved progress and iCloud

Keep the original game installation and its data while troubleshooting. Use the same iCloud account across your devices and allow them to reconnect and finish synchronization before replacing a device. Offline changes and coins reserved by another offline device are unavailable elsewhere until reconciled.

Core driving does not require a separate game account. The game does not offer account registration. Apple's iCloud, Game Center, App Store, purchase history, and account restrictions are managed through Apple.
