Privacy Policy for All That Blurs
This Privacy Policy explains how Vynadex LLC ("we", "us") handles information in All That Blurs (the "Game"). You can drive offline. Optional purchases use Apple's App Store, progress synchronization uses Apple's private CloudKit database in your iCloud account, and leaderboards use Game Center. We do not run a separate game-account or payment server.
Progress on your device and in iCloud
The Game saves your runs, distances and maximum speeds; tutorial and terms status; road trips, contracts, atlas and vehicle mastery; unlocked looks, garage selections and settings. To reconcile purchases and offline spending, it also keeps Apple transaction proofs, coin grants and spends, repair/checkpoint records, installation identifiers and synchronization history. Device signing keys are stored in the Keychain.
When iCloud is available, progress and the purchase/spend ledger are sent to your private CloudKit database so your devices can reconcile changes. Changes made offline remain on the device until they can sync. Unsynced changes can be lost if the device or its data is lost. Coins reserved on another offline device may be unavailable here until it reconnects. Account changes or verification errors can pause synchronization or spending to protect progress.
Deleting the Game removes its local progress file, but does not necessarily remove iCloud records, Keychain records or Apple's purchase history. Manage the Game's iCloud storage in your Apple device settings. Deleting cloud data can affect recovery on every device and does not reverse purchases.
No advertising or tracking
The Game has no separate account registration, advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDK. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or advertising identifiers. We do not sell game data or use it for targeted advertising. Apple operates the App Store, iCloud and Game Center under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Game Center (optional)
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center on your device, the Game posts the distance of each Quick Drive run to a Game Center leaderboard and shows where it ranks. Game Center is a service operated by Apple: your Game Center name and scores are handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy, and other Game Center players can see your name and score on the leaderboard. We do not receive your Game Center information beyond what Apple shows on the leaderboard itself. If you are not signed in, nothing is posted and everything else in the Game works the same. You can sign out of Game Center, or control who sees your activity, in your device's Settings.
Purchases
Optional Blur Coin packs and separately purchased vehicles are handled by Apple. The Game receives product, transaction, verification and refund/revocation information needed to deliver and reconcile them. It does not receive your payment-card details. Vehicle ownership can be restored through Apple; spent consumable coins are not recreated by Restore. Coin balance recovery relies on the retained ledger and successful synchronization.
Children
The Game does not request a child's name, age or contact details. Apple account restrictions and parental purchase controls apply to Apple services and in-app purchases.
Security and retention
Local data uses the app's private storage and device security. Cloud data uses Apple's private CloudKit service. Purchase proofs and spend history are retained to prevent duplicate credit or spending; they are not discarded simply because a run ends. No storage or network service is guaranteed to be available at all times. If you contact support, we receive the message and any information you choose to include; do not send payment details or account passwords.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL and in the Game, with a new effective date.
