VYNADEX END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective June 4, 2026

This End User License Agreement applies only if Vynadex chooses to provide a custom EULA for an application. If no custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, Apple's standard EULA may apply to App Store distribution.

1. License
Subject to this End User License Agreement, Vynadex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the applicable Vynadex application for personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable app marketplace terms.

2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, bypass security controls, or use the application unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly allows such activity.

3. Ownership
Vynadex and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the application, software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and related materials. This agreement does not transfer ownership.

4. User content and data
Your use of the application may involve content or data you submit. Vynadex handles personal information according to the Vynadex Privacy Policy.

5. Updates
Vynadex may provide updates, bug fixes, or changes. Some features may require updates to continue functioning.

6. Third-party services
The application may use third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Termination
This license remains effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the application.

8. No warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynadex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Vynadex's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the application in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.
